Mama Helen's 83rd birthday party

Mama Helen turned 83 on February 16th.  Miss Cindy and Miss Trudy had cake and ice cream for her at her assisted living facility.  It turned out really nice.  The children had a ball.  I think Mama Helen did too!

Balloons are Everywhere!

Caleb and Callie Grace got into a bag of balloons 2 nights ago.  We now have about a dozen balloons in our house.  Who knew how much fun they can be?  And the static they can cause - oh the static in my girl's long hair!

Both babies really got into Valentine's Day this year.  We had so much fun.  They had Valentine parties at their school.  Caleb has eaten so much candy that it is crazy!  Callie Grace doesn't care for candy so she has been sharing with her brother.

Callie Grace had a dr. appointment on Tuesday.  We had to wait for quite a while.  To help pass the time, I took many pictures of my silly girl...

Build-A-Bear

This summer, we made our first trip to Build-A-Bear.  Callie Grace and Caleb had a ball.  Caleb made a dinosaur and Callie Grace made a Hello Kitty.  We captured a sweet picture of them!

Little things

I feel like I have been so slack this week with the blog.  Work has been extremely busy with meetings and just trying to catch up.  Our evenings have been pretty full as well.  I am ready for things to slow down a bit.  Callie Grace, Caleb and I went to the grocery store yesterday afternoon.  We had fun together.  Then, Kip, the babies and I went to dinner with Kip's dad.  Caleb made some bad choices at dinner.  Those choices made the ride home very unpleasant! 

We have a pretty full weekend planned.  CG and I are baby-sitting baby Aiden tonight.  Tomorrow morning, CG has a birthday party to attend and then both babies are spending the night with Aunt de.  Hallelujah!  I could do a little jig just thinking about it! :)

Weekend in Pictures

We had a fun weekend!  Friday night, we went to my brother's house for a pizza party.  The children had a ball together...

On Saturday, we went to the zoo.  The weather was SO nice and the animals were being really active.

The babes did not get a nap due to all of the activity.  They were dirty and tired by the time we got home.
