Swim Lessons

The children are really having a fun week in the pool!  Caleb has definitely caught on to things and I am super proud of Callie Grace!

Playdate with Griffin

The day had FINALLY come to have a playdate with Griffin. (note to self - never tell my child about a playdate days before it is to occur)  We met up at Chick-fil-A.  We enjoyed lots of playground time and a yummy cup of ice cream.

Griffin is Caleb's best bud from school.  They are really cute together!

Fairy Princess Dance Camp

Callie Grace attended her first ever dance class yesterday.  She had fun!  I think she looked absolutely precious!  She was shy when I dropped her off.  She didn't really know anyone there but she did well.  As a mother, you want everyone to love your child.  Boy is it hard just letting your children go.  I am really going to need God's peace on this one.  I am protective of my children to a fault.

Stuff

We had a great weekend!  We had lots of laughs!  Unfortunately, I did not take a single picture of our girls trip.

I got home at 9am on Sunday.  We made it to church and then to Miss Cindy's for Aunt Mandy's birthday lunch.  We took Aunt Mandy to see see Cars 2 after lunch.  Thanks Aunt Mandy for going with us!

Callie Grace and Caleb started swimming lessons today.  They did well!  I was able to run over to Topspin so I could see them in action for a little bit.

Next up, Cabugs.  This is his VERY FIRST SWIM LESSON.  I am really proud of him. A couple of times, I could hear him saying "Mama, look at me!"  He is a strong kicker and listened very well to Mr. Cameron.

And I'm Off...

I am headed to Charleston for the weekend with my middle/high school besties.  Kip is in charge of Callie Grace and Caleb.  Callie Grace asked me what I was going to do without them this weekend.  I told her that I was sure that I could think of something!  Heaven knows I need some down time.  Here's to hoping for a great weekend.  I am also hoping that our house doesn't look like a bachelor pad when I get home!

Day 4 of VBS

Callie Grace has really enjoyed bible school this week.  She tells me the bible lesson from each day.  I have enjoyed talking with her about each bible story.  She has been singing some great new songs and I have loved seeing her craft from each day.  I am so thankful for all of the Godly leaders that are volunteering their time this week.  I am excited that Caleb will be able to attend next year.

I took the below picture as we were leaving VBS today.  I don't know why she always puts things right beside her face but I think it is cute!~

Snacking

Callie Grace and Caleb had yummy grapes for snack yesterday afternoon.  They love grapes and were so cute eating them that I had to take a picture...
