Sibling Day

We took balloons to our precious Crosson today. This day marks 11 years since we found out our baby wouldn't be joining our family in the traditional way. We learned that Crosson was in heaven. Two days later, we delivered a tiny baby boy with reddish hair and long fingers and toes. Such dark days that make me ache with a pain that I cannot describe.

Callie Grace had a mini service planned today. She spoke of her brother. She stated that Crosson was a nice brother who helped Jesus watch over our family. Caleb said he wished he could play with his brother. Kip said he knew Crosson was very proud of his siblings. I said I knew Crosson loved us all very much.

Callie Grace asked us to join hands while she prayed and thanked Jesus for her big brother.

I wish I could tie this post up in a beautiful bow. I can't do that but I can say that I am down on my knees tonight thanking God for blessing me with my three blessings. Are they perfect?  Far from it! Are they my greatest joys in this world? Absolutely.

Daddy/Daughter, Just Clowning Around, Dr. Seuss

Kip and Callie Grace have gotten to attend 2 dances. They had a ball together. Seeing them together brought tears to my eyes. Their bond is an amazing thing to witness.

Trophy girl

Callie Grace received her first ever trophy tonight. She just finished a season of Upward soccer with her daddy being the coach.  Caleb has never received a trophy before but he was happy for his sister!

Here are a few attempts at getting a nice picture...

Forever

It has been forever since I posted anything. I have really missed sharing my thoughts and pictures.

Christmas was so very special. We shared lots of family time. I was able to take the week of Christmas off. I am incredibly thankful that I got spend an entire week with my loves.

In 2014, we welcomed snow! Callie Grace and Caleb loved it!

I will try and catch up more later!

A beautiful smile

Well, it finally happened.  Callie Grace lost her first tooth on Wednesday, March 27th.  I was helping her brush her teeth and the tooth fell forward.  I called for Kip and he did the official pulling.  It was literally hanging on by 1 root.  Caleb told her that she had a beautiful smile!

My spiky haired boy

I love this boy so much.  Let me tell you, this hairstyle suits his little personality perfectly!

Career Day

Callie Grace decided that she wanted to dress up like a librarian for career day.
