He is Risen! He is Risen Indeed!
We had a special, family filled Easter. I feel extremely thankful as I think back on today. We enjoyed church, 2 amazing meals and an egg hunt. Callie Grace and Caleb fell in the bed tonight.

A Visit to the Dentist
Good reports all around - no cavities. It does look like we are going to have braces in the future for one kiddo.

Thankful
What an amazing weekend! Six of us girls and our 14 children went to Edisto. Our children had a wonderful time together and got along so well. We laughed, talked cried, reminisced and planned future outings. These women get me and I get them. No pretense b/c there is no need. These strong women inspire me. They encourage me to be the best version of myself.
Jesus has blessed me beyond measure and I couldn't be more thankful.

Sibling Day
We took balloons to our precious Crosson today. This day marks 11 years since we found out our baby wouldn't be joining our family in the traditional way. We learned that Crosson was in heaven. Two days later, we delivered a tiny baby boy with reddish hair and long fingers and toes. Such dark days that make me ache with a pain that I cannot describe.
Callie Grace had a mini service planned today. She spoke of her brother. She stated that Crosson was a nice brother who helped Jesus watch over our family. Caleb said he wished he could play with his brother. Kip said he knew Crosson was very proud of his siblings. I said I knew Crosson loved us all very much.
Callie Grace asked us to join hands while she prayed and thanked Jesus for her big brother.
I wish I could tie this post up in a beautiful bow. I can't do that but I can say that I am down on my knees tonight thanking God for blessing me with my three blessings. Are they perfect? Far from it! Are they my greatest joys in this world? Absolutely.

Daddy/Daughter, Just Clowning Around, Dr. Seuss
Kip and Callie Grace have gotten to attend 2 dances. They had a ball together. Seeing them together brought tears to my eyes. Their bond is an amazing thing to witness.

Trophy girl
Callie Grace received her first ever trophy tonight. She just finished a season of Upward soccer with her daddy being the coach. Caleb has never received a trophy before but he was happy for his sister!
Here are a few attempts at getting a nice picture...
